CT444 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the CT444 platform, including the website at ct444.fun, any associated mobile-optimised pages and all games, promotions and features accessible through a CT444 account. CT444 is an online gaming and entertainment platform built specifically for players in Pakistan, offering slots, live casino, table games, crash games, instant win titles and sports betting content — all operated and priced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account on CT444 or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by everything contained in this document, along with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published in the Promotions section. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use CT444.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a CT444 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. CT444 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own true identity and personal details. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a CT444 employee or associated partner operating the platform.
• You must not have had a previous CT444 account that was closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from CT444 or currently under an active voluntary exclusion period.

CT444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on CT444. Duplicate registrations — including multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, email address, device or payment method — are not permitted and will result in all associated accounts being reviewed, merged or permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. This information is used for account verification, payment processing and responsible gaming purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CT444 username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. CT444 will never contact you by email, chat or phone to ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure your account.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on CT444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges applied by the platform. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically instant
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfer
• Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks supported
• Debit and credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as listed at the time of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process. CT444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended pending investigation.

CT444 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside CT444's control. Check with your provider before depositing if you are uncertain.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent payment fraud and to protect the account holder. You cannot request a withdrawal to a payment method or account that is different from the one you used to deposit without completing additional verification steps.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, CT444 may require you to complete identity verification if this has not already been done on your account. Documents typically requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed during operational hours. Processing times vary by method and are published in the Withdrawal section.
• CT444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Network or bank charges imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed during the withdrawal request process.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 below. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

CT444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request if there is reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

CT444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback and cricket-themed seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all CT444 promotions unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.

07 Game Rules

CT444 hosts games provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming and others. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. CT444 presents these games as supplied and does not modify the underlying game logic or RNG (random number generator) outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game server result, the server result is considered final. Technical malfunctions, disconnections or other errors that occur mid-round do not automatically entitle the player to a win. In such cases, CT444 support will review the round data and determine the appropriate outcome.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• Winnings are credited to your CT444 balance immediately upon round completion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CT444. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals held pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or interfere with any part of the CT444 platform.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
• Using CT444 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing CT444 staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Account Closure

You may close your CT444 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.

CT444 may close or suspend an account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified on the account.
• The account is found to belong to an underage player.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and attempts to contact the account holder have been unsuccessful.
• CT444 is required to do so for legal, regulatory or compliance reasons.

Where an account is closed by CT444 due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at CT444's discretion after completing any required investigation.

10 Responsible Gaming

CT444 is built for entertainment. Gambling should never be seen as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or something that takes priority over personal responsibilities. 12 Limitation of Liability

CT444 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. CT444 is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game disconnections caused by third-party provider outages.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from platform use.

CT444's total liability to any individual player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue occurred. 13 Privacy

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information in accordance with that policy. 14 Changes to These Terms

CT444 may update these Terms at any time.
